He went above and beyond not only with the tow but taking the time to share his knowledge of different cars and recommendations for the proper upkeep of them. My 2016 kia optima’s engine randomly took a dive on me and considering the frustrating circumstances, Petey did everything he could to share contacts with me for local dealers and recommended places to look to get me in a new, reliable car.  Verified Well, it was a "Fuel Pump" this time around. I must say, I was so happy when AAA sent out "Eddies Towing" - these guys are great. And the technician was very careful with my classic sportscar, careful to make sure the spoiler didn't catch on the inclined bed or that the cables didn't touch it on the bottom when hoisting it up. I appreciate people who do it right, not rushed and take care of my equipment. They are the best in town, good prices and value too. I rate them an A+ and I thought you should know

I needed a tow yesterday and called AAA who sent over Eddie's Towing and both of the gentlemen that came to my assistance where amazing!! professional, caring and made me feel safe. I especially want to thank them for recommending that they tow me to the dealership as oppose to a mechanic in the area of which I was not familiar with being over 50 miles from home. Thanks to them my car was still under warranty and no cost for an engine repair or car rental. If it had not been for the gentlemen from Eddie's Towing suggesting the dealership, I would have been out of pocket in finances. THANK YOU!!!! Highly recommend them

 Verified Eddie's Towing is the best! Thank you for rescuing me from the Walmart Parking lot in Thousand Oaks. My car had a dead battery a trunk full of groceries. Eddie's Towing came out in minutes.  Verified Hadn't used my RV is about 6 months and the main battery was dead. AAA sent Eddie's Towing Battery Service technician out and got it started.  Informed me that the battery which was 3 years old really needed to be replaced.  My is a special heavy duty RV battery that he doesn't carry on his truck and he suggested I replace it right away.  Their tech was on-time, had the experience, right tools and was courteous.  Hopefully when I need to use AAA again they send our Eddie's Towing Service.  Very pleased with their service.
